Unexpectedly, in different parts of the city, people appear dressed in bright colors. They fill the streets, appear in the metro, stand at intersections.
They paint the city with their bricht colorful clothes.
The idea of this performanse is to to show that namely people are the most vivid and important part in the city and in the country. They adorn this world.
