A light web. (Concept of the exhibition)
The exhibition is a space intersected by multicolored rays of
light.
The rays are focused and slightly defocused. Rays create a web of light.
The walls of the room are mirrored.
Visitors are given vests that reflect light. The visitor turns into a disco
ball.
Visitors find themselves in a space full of light. As inside a fairy tale, New
Year tree, outer space.
When a visitor contacts the ray, a sound is heard - a note of a vibraphone.
When many visitors simultaneously interact with the rays, a vibraphone suite is
created.
Some rays deliberately pass above the heads and visitors need to raise their
hands to extract sound from the light beam. Touch the ray and create a note.
(The vibraphone (also known as the vibraharp or simply
the vibes) is a musical instrument in the struck idiophone subfamily of the
percussion family. The vibraphone is commonly used in jazz music.)
In the space of the exhibition there can be performances of dancers, acrobats,
masters of wushu and tai chi. The movements of these masters will create special
music.
All the time of the exhibition, sound recording of the created music is made,
which then becomes an independent work of art.
