Frame

Many of us are stuck in the same patterns. We have reduced our lives to the size of a kitchen, the only place where we can talk about the sacred.
A seed thrown into boiling water cannot produce new fruits, so a person immersed in a routine freezes in one state, forgets about creativity and inner growth.
The walls of the room press on us, do not allow us to stand up to our full height, do not allow us to be Atlanteans, giants - those who we were born to be before we were taught that our height, ambitions and desires are inappropriate.
People set frames and boundaries. So it is up to us to push them.
It does not matter how old you are, 20, 40 or 60 ...
