A premonition of a painting, a premonition of the appearance of an image on a canvas, like a brush hovering in the air a few centimeters from the canvas. A smear is like a hieroglyph, like a clear and concise statement that requires an intellectual effort to understand.
But thinking is not fashionable. And therefore, many artists, for the needs of buyers and fans, turn a premonition, thought, idea, brushstroke into a daub - a beautiful, understandable and bright one that does not require any intellectual or mental effort from the viewer. This is how art turns into a commodity, a creator into a seller, an idea into a fake.
