The darkness disappears where the light is turned on. Of course, no one pulls the Sun by the strings. Dusk and dawn occur in the astronomical sense, independently of people. But if you perceive the Sun as Good, then in order to disperse the Darkness and Evil, you need to make efforts. Walls, borders, frames, barriers do not collapse on their own. Many small and often invisible people make efforts and disperse the Darkness with their actions.
